Merrowed Edge
Standard

Standard Merrowed Edge sometimes known as overlock stitching or overlocking is the sewing of thread to wrap around the patch edge, yielding an efficient and uniform stitch. Merrow borders come standard with your order but are not recommended for use with iron on backing.

Hot Cut Edge

Laser Hot Cut Edge is embroidered with same process as the design. Then the patch gets precisely laser cut or die cut. Laser cut borders can be as little as 1mm and is recommended for use with iron on backing. This also make the patches look like direct embroidery.

Plastic Backing
Standard

Plastic Backing AKA PVC backing is a thin coat of protective plastic that seals in the threads that adds stability, and durability. This is a standard feature on all of our patches and required in most uniform applications.

Iron on Backing
Add $0.10 ea

Iron On Backing is the most popular backing for your patches. As the name states this heat sensitive material can be applied with a standard household iron and/or sewn on. Perfect for hats, or laser hot cut designs.

Velcro Backing
Add 20%

Velcro Backing includes both the hook and loop. This is available in black and comes with the hook side attached to the back of the patches. This heavy duty Velcro has an extra strong hold perfect for use on military uniforms.

Sticker Backing
Add 20%

Sticker Backing known to many as peel n stick patches. This gives the user the ability to instantly apply a patch.The strong 3M adhesive can be reused several times before loosing adhesion. These can also be sew on on at any time.

Button Loop
Add $0.20 ea

Button Loop primarily used by the Boy Scouts. Button loops are great for the patches that are not BSA approved but still want to add them to your uniform. The loop can also be removed if wanting to sew them on.

Metallic Thread
Add 20%

Metallic Thread gives patches a touch of sparkle. It comes standard in Silver and Gold but can be requested in different colors. Price is based on each metallic thread color used.

Neon Thread
Add 20%

Neon Threads can really brighten up your patches. These threads also glow under UV or Black lights. The cost is an additional 20% per color and comes in over 15 colors.

Multi Cam Background
Add 20%

Cree Multi-Cam Twill is made with authentic multicam fabric used by the military. Perfect match to your MCU’s and a unique looks to your units patches. Also available in Digi Cam or ACU como upon request. The camo twill adds an extra 20% to the price.

Glow n Dark Thread
Add 20%

Glow n Dark Threads make your embroidered patches shine in the night with a special phosphorus coating. The glow threads come in 1 color and glow green. Glow times will vary but average about 60 minutes.
