Q: Whats the minimum order?

Our minimum order is 20 patches Per Design or Color Scheme.  Due to the quantity discounts it is a better value to order 100.

Q: If I order 2 or more design do I get the bulk price?

No, All of our pricing is set per design or color scheme. So if you want 50 of of color and 50 of another you would pay the 50 piece price not the 100.

Q: Whats your Standard Backing

All of our patches come standard with PVC or Plastic backing. This is a protective coating that seals the back of the patches and keeps your patches looking good for many years.

Q: Does Iron on Backing Work?

The Iron On Backing is the most popular, it holds up extremely well and adheres to most fabrics. We recommend using a heat press to apply with settings at 375 for 30 seconds. However we do have standard Iron instructions are available HERE.

Q: What is the Adhesive Sticker Backing and How does that work?

Peel n Stick adhesive is a 3M adhesive sticker backing. It works great to quickly place your patches onto a garment and gives the user the ability to sew them on or reuse once or twice more.

Q: Whats a Hot Cut or Laser Cut Edge?

Laser cut, Die Cut, Hot Cut Edge is embroidered with same process as the design. The custom patch is then precisely laser cut or die cut into the desired shape. These edges get as thin as 1mm and is recommended for use with iron on backing. This is the perfect effect to make it look like direct embroidery also.
